Angela Bond worked with me in 2015-2016 at Medical Home Team in the capacity of VP of Operations over a National Chronic Disease Management housecall company. I was the company’s Chief Clinical Officer.
In her capacity as VP of Operations, she put order to the support structure behind our housecall teams setting up a central call center and managing the development of the expansion program increasing our housecalls coverage from 35 to 75 teams in multiple locations over a 6 month period. She deployed operational innovations that streamlined services, coordinated the appointment and communication systems and contributed to our ACO compliance processes. Her regulatory guidance, administrative expertise and people management skills were instrumental in the success of these projects and others.
