Pricing & Engagement Options

Interim Fees: Customary

  • 30 days or longer 1099 contracts or W2 – Stipends are not preferred
  • $90 hour plus $135 with overtime
  • $135.00 overtime 41 + hours
  • Holidays are double time
  • Hurricanes (Mandated shelter in place situations are double time)
  • ½ rate for all travel via auto or flight
  • 75 cents mile for auto travel if personal vehicle is used
  • Airfare from Gulfport, Mississippi
  • Hotel: Prefer Marriot, Holiday Inn, Extended Stays
  • Airport Parking
  • Baggage $80 per flight plus $150.00 gear shipping if indicated
  • Rental SUV must be 4x4 in snow
  • Fuel as receipted if applicable
  • $65.00 day meal allowance no receipts
  • Misc. as indicated
  • PPE supply per contract

Senior Care Facility Fees:

  • $5,000 – 4 Day Mock Survey
  • $1,500/day – On-Site Consulting (3-day minimum)
  • $1,500/month – PCC Reviews (off-site) per facility
  • $3,000 – IDR Representation
  • $125.00 hour – POC Writing (on-site/off-site)
  • $1,500/day – Survey Management (3-day minimum)
  • 1,000/day – MDS / Care Plan Audit
  • $1,500/day – Training Sessions
  • $2,000 / day – Investigations
  • $3,000/year – 24/7 Risk Support
  • $1,500/day – PCC Training
  • $98.00 hour – Interim DON (30-day minimum)
  • $125.00 hour – High-Risk Case Reviews
  • Airfare, Hotel, Transportation – As applicable
  • Per Diem Meals
  • .65 miles
  • ½ rate travel time

Attorney Client Consulting Fees

  • $125.00 hour – Case Reviews
  • $125.00 hour – Internal Investigations
  • $5,000 – Attorney Retainer Required for all case merit screenings

RESIDENT / FAMILY Advocacy Services

  • Fees determined on an individual case basis

Certified Private Investigation Services

  • $50.00 - $200.00 depending on scope plus all travel and actual incurred expenses

ENGAGEMENT TERMS

  • 3-Day Minimum — All On-Site Engagements
